All products come with a one year warranty and unlimited telephone support for the first year. Support is available directly from the ScadaTEC's Reno office during normal business hours - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday, PST or PDT.

When the office is closed support is available by one of three methods ::

After your 1st year warranty has expired, you may purchase another 1 year support & upgrade package. See the “License & Warranty Policy page’ within our License Policy document for the annual support fee.
